The Partition Top Anchor (420) is designed to reinforce and stabilize masonry partitions at the top connection. Used to resist lateral loads at the top of a masonry wall and allow for vertical deflection. Steel bends will be visible at the top of the CMU wall. It helps absorb building movement, reduces cracking, and maintains alignment. Trusted in institutional and commercial construction, this anchor delivers dependable performance and safety.
It is frequently paired with the Partition Top Anchor (419).
